I don't know how people do things with phones. This is how to set up this phase of the blog with a desktop computer and using chrome

ohpd023.blogspot.com where you will structure your pages

ohpd023-r.blogspot.com will allow people to contribute lost, found or roaming pets.

Using your custom email address

Typing in a blog name at the top of the page will remark blog not found, do you want to register it.

Title -> Report

Url - ohpd023-r

Click on Theme -Simple Deep

Click on Customize

Main clolor theme ->blue

Save -> the small icon at the bottom of the screen

Back -> top left by the B

Click on all the edit tags, remove and ok

In settings Main turn the red dots off
Change blog post from 7 to 1

Save

In settings go to post using email

click on save as draft

type your password in

This will let you send post by email not go to the site but much more

Forwarding and pop

Add forwarding address

your blog.secret word@blogger.com

Proceed

A comformation will be sent to the blog

Go to the blog

It will be in drafts, click publish then view, then click on the link

After it is confirmed, the forwarding ability will be included in that email account, but turned off.

After you set up forwarding, you can create filters.

If email has a certain key word or if it if from a specific sender, you can use that filter to relay it to the blog.

Still safe, it is saved to a draft and your crew can decide if it is to be published or deleted.

Using the unique email create another facebook account. You are allowed to have several.
You can create your county branch group and chose to get notifications by email.

Those notification can be funneled into the blog.
